JUKE is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
JUKE can be played in full without signing in. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, your use of that service is also governed by Google's own terms. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account, and your Play Games display name is subject to Google's naming rules rather than ours.
Do not modify the app, automate play, tamper with network traffic, or otherwise submit scores you did not earn by playing normally. The leaderboard only means anything if everyone earns their place on it.
Scores found to be obtained this way may be removed from the leaderboard. Because the leaderboard is operated by Google Play Games, Google may also independently act on your account.
Coins, fish and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. You are granted a personal, revocable licence to use them inside the app; you do not own them.
We may change item prices, drop rates, balancing and availability as the game evolves. Items may be changed or discontinued.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refund requests go through Google Play, not through us, though you are welcome to contact us first.
Purchases are tied to the Google account that made them. If you play without signing in, purchases are tied to that device and may not survive a reinstall.
The app is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose whether to watch one, and the reward — such as reviving after a death — is granted only if you finish watching. A one-time "remove ads" purchase removes banner and interstitial ads.
JUKE is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it, or any part of it, at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, lost items, or lost in-game currency. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms as the game changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence continue to apply.
