The Button is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You may play anonymously or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your account or use another player's account.
Choose a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or misleading. We may change or reset names that break this rule.
Do not modify the app, automate play, tamper with network traffic, or otherwise submit scores or statistics you did not earn by playing normally. The leaderboard only means anything if everyone earns their place on it.
Accounts found doing this may be removed from the leaderboard, reset, or banned, at our discretion and without refund.
Clan chat is a shared space. Do not post harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, advertising, scams, or anyone's personal information, including your own.
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove messages, disband clans, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Players can report messages in-app.
Coins, gems, themes and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. You are granted a personal, revocable licence to use them inside the app; you do not own them.
We may change item prices, drop rates, balancing and availability as the game evolves. Items may be changed or discontinued.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Refund requests go through Google Play, not through us, though you are welcome to contact us first.
Purchases are tied to the account that made them. If your account is deleted, purchased items are lost and are not refunded.
The app is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose whether to watch one, and the reward is granted only if you finish watching. A one-time "remove ads" purchase removes banner and interstitial ads.
The Button is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it, or any part of it, at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, lost items, or lost in-game currency. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms as the game changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence continue to apply.
